How to best enjoy our pies...
All of our pies and quiches are freshly baked by hand, using the best local and grade A ingredients available. All pies and quiches are flash frozen for freshness.
REFRIGERATION: All pies should be kept frozen or refrigerated within an hour upon purchase. Frozen pies and quiches are best thawed in a refrigerator for approx. 24 hours before consumption. We suggest that all pies be brought to room temperature before serving, and if desired, reheated as directed below.
FREEZING: Our pies are flash frozen at the time of baking and are safe to freeze in their original packaging. For longer freezer storage tightly wrap pie in plastic wrap or seal it in an airtight freezer bag then place it back into it's original packaging/box. If thawed, please allow 24 hours for pie to freeze completely. Frozen pies are best eaten within 3 months but freeze well for up to 6 months. Thaw in a refrigerator then at room temperature before serving (as outlined above), and if desired, reheat as directed below.
REHEATING/WARMING UP: (Recommended for fruit pies only) Allow pie to come to room temperature. Bring oven to 250̊F and warm pie on a baking sheet for 15 minutes (Quiches should be left in the oven for 30 minutes). Leave pie/quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
